Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a CRM Integration Architect to design and govern Salesforce integrations with ERP and enterprise systems. You will define architecture, middleware choices, API strategy, and event-driven patterns to ensure reliable data flows.

The ideal candidate has extensive Salesforce integration experience and hands-on work with MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica, plus the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with complex integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end integration architecture for Salesforce ecosystems spanning Sales, Service, Marketing, and Industry Clouds.
• Select and apply appropriate integration patterns including request-reply, fire-and-forget, batch, and event-driven approaches.
• Design integrations using Salesforce-native capabilities alongside enterprise middleware.
• Lead integration design reviews and approve technical designs across Salesforce programs.
• Define API strategy, contract management, and versioning standards for Salesforce-related integrations.
• Architect data synchronization patterns for high-volume integrations with ERP and operational systems.
• Establish error handling, retry, and dead-letter strategies to ensure reliable operations.
• Collaborate with security teams to meet enterprise security requirements.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers through code and design reviews.
