The role focuses on integration architecture, middleware selection, API strategy, and event-driven patterns, with collaboration across product, design, engineering, and business teams. Remote, full-time, with a salary range of $150,000–$175,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Eight or more years of Salesforce experience with complex integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Strong integration patterns and enterprise architecture knowledge.
• Certified Integrations Architect credentials are preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern integrations between Salesforce and ERP, data, marketing, and operations systems.
• Define integration architecture, middleware selection, and API strategy.
• Lead large Salesforce integration programs and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
