Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead Health Cloud architecture and configuration. The role replaces an external resource and drives Salesforce roadmap with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has Health Cloud experience, OmniStudio/Vlocity, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to reduce reliance on external consulting services while guiding best practices across Salesforce programs.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce Solution Architect experience with Health Cloud and core Salesforce clouds.
• Hands-on Health Cloud experience in production environments (1–2 years).
• Experience with OmniStudio/Vlocity and related design/configuration work.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or higher.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Experience with data migration/integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica).

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and configuration initiatives for Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Serve as in-house expert and strategic partner for roadmap and architecture.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and conduct code reviews.
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and standards.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders on requirements.
• Develop prototypes, proofs of concepts, and mockups to elicit business needs.
• Stay current with Salesforce features and technologies and reduce external consulting reliance.
