Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a CRM Technical Architect to design and govern enterprise Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Clouds. The role leads technical strategy for multi-org environments and sets standards for security, integration, and customization, collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams.

Qualifications

Eight or more years of Salesforce experience in architecture or leadership.
Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
Strong understanding of enterprise Salesforce data models and sharing.
Experience with complex Salesforce integrations.
Experience with security models at enterprise scale and DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

Define Salesforce technical architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Industry Cloud implementations.
Lead solution design, governance boards, and project reviews for major Salesforce initiatives.
Set standards for declarative vs. programmatic approaches (Flow, Apex, LWC) and integrations.
Architect data sharing models and large data volume strategies across orgs.
Design integration architectures using MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect, and Platform Events.
Drive org strategy, sandbox choices, and DevOps pipelines.
Define security architecture including profiles, roles, and OAuth/SSO patterns.
Improve performance, scalability, and governor limits in Apex and LWC.
Lead DevOps and release management with Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.
Translate CRM requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions for stakeholders.
Mentor engineers through design/code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Produce architecture artifacts to record key decisions for future reference.
Coordinate with security, compliance, and audit teams on controls.
Stay current with Salesforce roadmap and AI features.
