Job summary

Jacoby & Meyers is seeking a smart Salesforce Developer to join our team on a remote basis. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce customizations, including Apex classes, Aura Components, and Lightning Pages, while collaborating with stakeholders to drive system improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of software development experience and a strong understanding of Salesforce data model.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or related field.
3–5 years of demonstrable software development experience.
Proficient understanding of Salesforce data model, including objects, relationships and fields, plus Apex/Visualforce/Lightning.
Experience with Web APIs, REST, JSON, Web Sockets and related web technologies.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Create Salesforce customizations (Apex, Aura, Lightning Pages, custom objects).
Participate in full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
Support and improve existing Salesforce customizations for optimal functionality.
Create and maintain integrations using web services and APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to implement improvements.
