Job summary

NexTech Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Developer to independently deliver platform enhancements, resolve production issues, and integrate Salesforce with other systems. The role covers Apex enhancements and significant integration work in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with business stakeholders, support analysts, and own assignments through resolution, with flexible remote options and occasional Memphis office presence as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Salesforce development with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Flows.
• Ownership of complex Salesforce development, integrations, and production support.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems; no specific connected system required.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and own support work through resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Flows.
• Investigate production issues, manage support tickets from diagnosis through validation, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Develop and support integrations and data flows between Salesforce and other systems.
• Design, document, test, and deliver new development and improvements to existing functionality.
• Review application errors and performance information, resolve technical issues, and document code and key processes.
• Collaborate with analysts, business users, and technical colleagues while managing work with minimal day-to-day direction.
