Job summary
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Salesforce CRM Developer to design and implement production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow. You will deliver custom logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation to meet complex enterprise requirements while ensuring maintainability and compliance with platform limits.
The ideal candidate has shipped Salesforce work in production, writes idiomatic Apex and modern LWC, and can balance declarative approaches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field is required.
- Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits.
- Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
