Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Eight+ years Salesforce experience with complex integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major iPaaS such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience designing data synchronization strategies with ERP and operational systems.
• Strong understanding of identity, OAuth, and integration security.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architect credential.
• Track record of leading large Salesforce integration programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
• Select middleware and define API strategy and event-driven patterns.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead code/design reviews and mentor junior engineers to raise engineering quality.
