AYS Group is seeking an Insurance Agent to join our financial services team. This full-time role offers an industry-leading 80-140% commission structure and no out-of-pocket costs for CRM, training, leads, or membership. Immediate vested renewals create passive income from day one, with free training for new producers.

We train the right candidates, with no prior experience required. If you’re motivated, you’ll work with leads and have the opportunity to grow within the team.
