Job summary

Choate Agency, part of Symmetry Financial Group, is hiring a remote sales representative to respond to warm inbound leads and guide families through protection solutions. This role is 100% remote across the U.S.

and offers uncapped income with a proven sales and leadership development system. You'll conduct phone and virtual appointments, track your pipeline in our CRM, and have the opportunity to advance into leadership with a lucrative partner track and travel incentives.

Qualifications

• Licensed Life & Health license required (can be obtained after hire).

COMPENSATION

Part-Time (25–30 hrs/week): $30,000–$60,000+

Full-Time (30–35 hrs/week): $80,000–$180,000+

Partner Track: $200,000–$500,000+

No prior insurance experience required. We train the right mindset.

LICENSING

A Life & Health license is required to sell — but not to apply. We contribute $100 toward your pre-licensing course and guide you through the process. Most people complete it in 2–4 weeks while still working their current job.

Already licensed? You could be contracted and writing business within days.

No agent's success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Income is commission-based.
