Work From Home Sales Representative

Compensation Range - Commission Only

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. We provide training for all new agents, whether experienced or new to sales.

Description

  • We help protect families financially if they have a loved one become critically ill or pass away.
  • Our services are vital to the families we serve, who seek information about our programs.
  • We operate in Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, and retirement planning for various client needs.

Duties

  • Follow up with responders sent to our office by potential clients and schedule appointments.
  • Meet with families in person or via video chat to find suitable protection plans.
  • Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
  • Report your sales numbers to the home office.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training.
  • No Cold-Calling or Prospecting required.
  • This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor position (1099).

Qualifications

  • Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License (pre-licensing offered free).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
  • Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient with smartphones, computers, and tablets.
  • Reliable computer or tablet with a webcam.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
