Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, call centers, hospitality, retail, or another people-focused role.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and handling objections.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven process.
• Motivated by performance-based income.
• Willing to obtain a state insurance license and complete required training.

Responsibilities
