Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a retail or wholesale environment, including time spent as an analyst or planner.
• Forecasting & Demand Planning experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required, strong business acumen and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal sales, inventory, and receipt plans by Classification that align with account targets.
• Build and maintain an 18-month rolling plan for each area of business to support product selection in market.
• Collaborate with account executives, replenishment managers, buyers, and planners; present findings in weekly/monthly meetings.
• Leverage insights to maximize in-season opportunities and inform future seasons.
• Prepare documents for monthly consensus meetings and explain changes to plans.
