Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a Sales Specialist contractor to remotely review AI outputs across sales operations workflows. You will grade workflow adherence, tone, and escalation logic, and document the right next steps to guide model training.

Responsibilities include applying multi-page rubrics to real tickets, flagging policy gaps with clear reasoning, and ensuring consistency across regions. This role offers flexible hours (at least 10 hours/week) and is US-remote for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Direct working experience in sales operations on real teams.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning naming the policy or workflow applied.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to flag prompt issues.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against sales operations workflows, playbooks and policy.
• Grade tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit on a structured rubric.
• Flag operational risk, missed escalations, and policy-adherence gaps with severity tags.
• Capture the right next steps so the modeling team can train on it.
• Adjudicate disputed treatments against published playbooks or guidance.
