Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking a Sales Manager to support the growth of its Specialty Fluids business, with a focus on process oils for a variety of industrial applications. This remote role supports customers across North America and reports to the Director of Specialty Fluids and Waxes.

The successful candidate will manage lead qualification, onboarding, account development, and growth initiatives while developing expertise across HF Sinclair's specialty product offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales administration or customer-facing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or chemistry.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, process, qualify, and assign inbound leads across the sales team and distributor partner network.
• Follow up on tradeshow and event-generated leads to drive conversion.
• Accelerate growth in strategic segments by identifying key targets.
• Develop share-of-wallet opportunities within existing accounts through regular engagement and solution selling.
• Analyze, trend, and act on the sampling program to improve conversion and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to assess sales and freight variances and identify improvement opportunities.
