The role requires excellent communication skills and the willingness to obtain an insurance license, with an average starting salary of $67K in the first year and $118K in the second with commissions.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be willing to obtain an insurance license.
• Must display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Laptop or computer is required (not tablet or Chromebook).

Responsibilities

• Call the leads provided to schedule Zoom meetings with clients.
• Present benefit programs to enroll new clients.
• Work with your manager to establish clear objectives.
