You will be coached by people who have done the work, with a clear process to follow and a path into leadership if you perform well.

Qualifications

• No cold lists; you take conversations requested by clients.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and explaining options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Take requested conversations from warm leads.
• Explain benefit options simply to clients.
