• Communicating with clients through Zoom, phone, email, and other virtual platforms
• Meeting with clients who have requested information
• Explaining coverage and benefit options in a clear and professional manner
• Answering questions and helping clients make informed decisions
• Building and maintaining positive client relationships
• Following up with clients and managing appointments
• Maintaining accurate client information and records
• Participating in online training and team meetings
• Working toward individual and team performance goals
