Job summary

TISTA Science and Technology Corporation is looking for a Scrum Master to lead scrum teams and support critical applications within the federal agency. The Scrum Master will manage team execution, steer project direction, and oversee quality assurance.

This role involves daily management of scrum teams, risk mitigation, and compliance with Electronic Data Interchange standards. Candidates should have significant experience in Agile methodologies and healthcare domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience supporting software development programs.
• 5 years of experience leading a program using either LeSS or SAFe.
• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development methodology.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day management guidance and direction to scrum teams.
• Act as primary interface with client to ensure client's needs are met.
• Identify, communicate, mitigate and manage project risks.
