Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian and English with strong cultural awareness.
• Able to read and write the requested languages highly preferred.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Respond to video and audio interpreting sessions promptly in a friendly, professional manner.
• Participate in online, video, and audio training sessions.
• Deliver interpretation services via video and quickly type data on a device to perform duties.
• Render meanings accurately according to interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions/additions.
• Speak clearly in both languages with proper pronunciation and polite expressions.
• Maintain professionalism and calm in all sessions, including high-stress situations like 911 calls.
• Maintain punctuality and availability during scheduled work hours.
• Follow client instructions to meet expectations with LEP clients.
• Understand protocols for industries including Medical, Insurance, Finance, and Law.
