Job summary

Enthuziastic is seeking a passionate Robotics Instructor to join our remote teaching team. This freelance role focuses on delivering engaging online robotics and STEM lessons to learners across age groups, using platforms like Zoom and common kits (LEGO Mindstorms, VEX, Arduino, Raspberry Pi).

The ideal candidate has hands-on robotics experience, strong programming skills (Python, C/C++, Scratch), and the ability to explain concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Engineering, CS or related field.
• 2+ years of experience teaching robotics or STEM subjects.
• Proficient with robotics kits and platforms (LEGO Mindstorms, VEX, Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
• Solid programming skills in Python, C/C++, Java, or Scratch.
• Strong knowledge of electronics, sensors, and control systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to simplify concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live, interactive online robotics classes using Zoom.
• Teach fundamentals of mechanical design, electronics, sensors, and actuators.
• Introduce programming languages and tools (Python, C/C++, Scratch) for robotics control.
• Guide students through building, testing, and troubleshooting their robotic creations.
• Develop customized lesson plans and project-based curricula for varied learners.
• Prepare students for robotics competitions, science fairs, or certificates.
• Provide constructive feedback, track progress with assessments, showcase projects.
• Encourage teamwork, innovation, and design thinking through collaborative challenges.
