CVS Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time remote role in Ohio. The RN will assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate healthcare services/benefits for members, render coverage determinations, and coordinate with providers to facilitate care while aligning with utilization management goals.

The position requires an active RN license, 2+ years in adult acute/critical care, and availability for weekends/evenings.

Qualifikationen

Active and unrestricted RN license in state of residence.
2+ years of RN experience in adult acute/critical care setting.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evening hours as required by business needs.

Aufgaben

Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate options to facilitate healthcare services/benefits for members.
Render coverage determination/recommendation along the continuum of care.
Communicate with providers and other parties to facilitate care/treatment.
Identify referral opportunities to integrate with other products, services and/or programs.
Consult and lend expertise to coordination and administration of utilization/benefit management.
