Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in the EST zone to support utilization management and care coordination for members. The role leverages clinical judgment to render coverage determinations and collaborates with providers across multiple systems.

Ideal candidates have an Associates or Bachelors in Nursing, an active RN license, and at least 2 years of adult acute/critical care experience. Weekend/evening shifts may be required. Office-based environment in the CVS Health network.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required in state of residence.
• 2+ years RN experience in adult acute/critical care.
• Availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate healthcare options and services for members.
• Communicate with providers to facilitate care and treatment.
• Identify referral opportunities to integrate with other CVS Health programs.
