Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an RN Field Case Manager to coordinate care for injured workers, advocate for timely treatment, and support return-to-work, operating from a home-based office with frequent travel in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, MI.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, valid driver’s license, reliable internet, and is prepared to work in a remote, client-focused role within a global risk and claims leader.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High speed internet required.
• Employment may be contingent upon successful motor vehicle record (MVR) check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient advocate to support and coordinate care for injured workers and families.
• Advocate, communicate, educate and facilitate services to achieve recovery and return-to-work.
• Identify providers and facilities to ensure timely, cost-effective care.
