Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing (Georgia licensure preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
• Experience with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and virtual care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual nursing consultations and clinical guidance to patients and healthcare teams.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate appropriate follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care recommendations accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and wellness strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing telehealth support and case management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and company policies.
