The RN should have 1–3 years in utilization review, appeals, and prior authorization and be comfortable working independently in a tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-3 years of experience in utilization review, appeals, and prior authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct utilization reviews up to and including the appeal level.
• Conduct quality and clinical study data collection reviews.
• Act as a resource for administrative staff in training and problem-solving.
• Participate in collaborative training specific to clinical study objectives.
• Perform other activities as may be deemed necessary.
