Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is hiring a RN, Clinical Operations for a telephonic education role to guide patients through their specialty therapies. You will perform clinical assessments, support adherence, and document care in line with regulations.

The position requires an ADN with RN licensure and prefers BSN. Work is remote, primarily 11:00 AM–7:00 PM CT scheduling, with a focus on patient outcomes and program quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide disease- and therapy-specific education to patients and caregivers.
• Identify and address patient needs related to therapy use, adherence, persistence, adverse effects, and disease-state concerns; triaging to a pharmacist as needed.
• Accurately document clinical assessments, interventions, and care coordination activities in the patient record.
• Support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of clinical programs and projects promoting patient care and adherence.
• Complete required documentation including adverse event forms per FDA and internal requirements.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, manufacturers, and providers to support programs.
