Job summary

Lucayan Technology Solutions LLC is seeking an RMF / Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist to support the USACE WWBI program.

This role owns cybersecurity compliance, RMF documentation, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and authorization artifacts, working closely with software developers, DevSecOps personnel, technical leadership, and Government stakeholders to ensure WWBI continuously complies with applicable Department of Defense (DoD), U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD RMF programs and maintaining RMF authorization packages.
• Proficient in creating and updating RMF artifacts (SSP, COOP, IRP) and related docs.
• Knowledge of DoD, USACE, and DoD cybersecurity requirements and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain RMF authorization documentation and artifacts.
• Manage security controls and data flows for the WWBI system.
• Maintain RMF boundary definitions and support CWBI cloud migration.
• Document and track findings, POA&M, and remediation actions.
• Support eMASS records, scans (ACAS/SCAP), and compliance scoring (90%+).
• Coordinate with developers and Government personnel on security requirements.
• Prepare quarterly POA&M reports and RMF documentation updates.
