Job summary

Dane Street, LLC is inviting board-certified physicians to join our Disability Peer Review team in a telework capacity, reviewing disability claims from home. This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and 1099 engagement, with clinicians choosing cases and volumes based on availability.

Typical turnaround times are 3–5 business days; we provide case support, training, and a dedicated contact to assist with reviews and ensure timely, high-quality determinations.

Qualifications

• Disability review experience preferred.
• Must hold board certification in Rheumatology and an unrestricted medical license.
• Independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and 1099 engagement.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and review disability claims and provide advisory opinions.
• Maintain timely turnaround and coordinate with Dane Street processes.
• Prepare determinations/reports based on clinical decision-making.
• Communicate with the review team and manage case flow as available.
