Qualifications

• 1-3 years of performance-focused digital media buying experience, with emphasis on paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
• Experience managing mid- to large-scale budgets ($500K+/year) and scaling campaigns profitability.
• Understanding of affiliate marketing models, lead generation, and revenue-per-click or revenue-per-session monetization.
• Experience in landing page optimization with real-world testing showing measurable improvements.
• Experience optimizing toward down-funnel quality metrics like lead-to-sale rate or lifetime value is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar annual budget to drive efficient, profitable customer acquisition.
• Analyze channel and partner performance across the network and execute high-impact opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, identify root causes of changes, and take data-informed actions to improve results.
• Evaluate performance across the full marketing funnel to identify gaps in user experience and revenue opportunities.
• Translate data into clear insights and own the action on key drivers of performance.
• Develop and execute a robust testing roadmap including A/B testing of ad creative, copy, and landing pages.
