Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Revenue Recovery Specialist who identifies and resolves financial, compliance, and billing gaps that delay revenue on completed work. The role supports MRP, TPA, and insurance-direct files and acts as the financial extension of CORE Compliance for program work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restoration, insurance claims, or accounts receivable.
• Experience with MRP/TPA program requirements and cash flows.
• Read estimates, change orders, and spot payment blockers.
• Experience with carriers, adjusters, and TPAs.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review MRP and TPA files for financial, compliance, or workflow issues.
• Monitor milestones through financial closeout and identify missing docs.
• Coordinate billing to align with funds and identify un-invoiced work.
• Track payment movement and resolve approvals or delays with carriers.
• Escalate recurring issues and attend monthly program meetings.
