Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Distribution Optimization Manager to support the Revenue Management and Leisure Sales teams by maintaining and expanding channel management connectivity via our CRS and intermediary partners to all distribution channels including Leisure partners, OTA’s, and GDS.

You will lead integration testing, independently manage rates and availability across channels, map rate plans and promotions, and coordinate with the IT team to ensure optimal CRS performance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four (4) years of revenue management or channel distribution experience, preferably in hospitality.
• One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience with hotel systems including CRS, GDS, and distribution platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage integration partners through CRS, ensuring reliable connections and testing.
• Manage rates and availability for Leisure distribution channels and GDS/OTA partners.
• Map rate plans and promotions based on revenue strategies and distribution optimization.
• Liaise with Fontainebleau Las Vegas IT team on CRS performance and connectivity.
