Qualifications

• Minimum of four years’ experience in hospital or professional billing and/or collections.
• Experience with hospital account follow-up with commercial payer.
• Basic understanding of HIPAA and other privacy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial collections support to Patient Financial Services.
• Review and resubmit claims to third-party payors.
• Monitor assigned work queues for timely account resolution.
• Process incoming correspondence accurately and timely.
