Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Account Manager – Insurance AR to act as the primary revenue cycle consultant for assigned practices. You will independently evaluate payer trends, workflow gaps, denial patterns, and cash-flow barriers, driving end-to-end insurance revenue cycle management.

You will analyze payer performance, develop action plans, and present monthly reviews to leadership, supporting revenue cycle improvements across multiple practices.

Qualifications

• 2 years of dental revenue cycle and dental billing experience.
• Experience analyzing revenue cycle performance and proposing process improvements.
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Denticon or Dentrix preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary revenue cycle consultant for assigned practices and advise leadership on workflow improvements.
• Analyze payer performance, denial trends, aging and cash flow barriers to drive AR improvements.
• Develop practice-specific action plans to improve collections and AR outcomes and present findings monthly.
• Review KPI performance and recommend corrective actions to leadership and staff.
• Coordinate timely follow-up on denials, appeals, and EOBs across payer types.
