• 3+ Years of experience in the financial services sector.

• Provide virtual retirement planning and financial guidance to participants via Zoom and phone.
• Conduct approximately 30 client meetings per week.
• Deliver high-quality client experiences aligned with TIAA’s values.
• Support participants in understanding retirement goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to client engagement.
• Collaborate with regional teams to support participants.
