Job summary

MeridianLight is hiring for a 100% remote, independent contractor role focused on retirement planning for teachers and public employees. You will meet pre-scheduled clients via Zoom or similar platforms, assess their retirement goals, and present life insurance, IUL, and annuity solutions.

Training, technology, and ongoing support are provided to help you build a scalable, performance-based income. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with strong communication skills, and comfortable working

Qualifications

• Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain the appropriate license before conducting insurance sales.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual communication tools.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with pre-scheduled prospective clients.
• Learn about each client’s financial situation and retirement goals.
• Educate clients about available retirement and financial protection strategies.
• Present life insurance, IUL, and annuity solutions based on client needs.
• Build professional, trust-based client relationships.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage appointments and client activity through our CRM.
• Follow a structured sales and documentation process.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
