Forrest T. Jones & Company is seeking an advisor-focused professional to establish and nurture relationships with schools and employers to boost 403(b), 457, and 401(k) plan participation.

The role involves meeting with employees and families to plan for retirement and life events, with a remote work setup in Northeast Missouri. Candidates should have registrations (Series 6/7, 63, 65/66) or be able to obtain them within 90 days, and licensure in Missouri and/or Kansas Life and Health.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit and grow assets under management (AUM).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for targeted groups (schools, districts, businesses).
• Experience with financial education and planning concepts for retirement products.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with education institutions and companies to increase 403(b)/457(b)/401(k) participation.
• Meet with prospects and clients to discuss goals and educate on investment options and risks.
• Present financial planning education to school districts and businesses.
• Input client communications into CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Operate independently with strong motivation and drive for results.
