The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of personal lines insurance experience, a high school diploma, and a Producers License within 6 weeks of hire. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of insurance experience in personal lines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive personal lines remarkets for existing policyholders, including fact-finding, risk assessments, underwriting reviews, carrier marketing, quoting, and policy binding.
• Proactively manage renewals with coverage enhancements and discounts.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Producers, and leadership to develop retention strategies.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships through cross-selling and multi-policy households.
• Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems and carrier platforms.
