Job summary

Grüns is seeking a production expert to translate designs into print-ready files and protect the brand across retail packaging. You will manage dielines, adapt concepts, and build a scalable production system while coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

With 3+ years in packaging/print, you will ensure color accuracy, typography, and layout integrity across formats. This remote HQ role includes biannual in-person off-sites and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a production artist in packaging, print, retail, or related fields.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Experience with multiple SKUs, retailers, and formats.

Responsibilities

• Own technical production for retail and packaging: dielines, print-ready files, and vendor specs.
• Adapt approved concepts across formats and catch layout issues before print.
• Build and maintain a production system for fast, accurate asset delivery.
• Become go-to person for print vendors on materials, tolerances, and methods.
• Be the go-to resource for cross-functional partners on print production.
• Provide backup production support for retail and DTC packaging.
• Build quality checks to catch problems before shelves.
