Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on operational experience in retail.
• Strong understanding of unit economics, margin structure, demand drivers, and inventory planning.
• Experience making tradeoffs under real-world constraints.

Responsibilities

• Design and review decision-making scenarios to test AI reasoning.
