They will manage capex, estimates, forecasts, and project schedules, and collaborate with designers, retailers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects while upholding Lush values and sustainability commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail construction and project management, with budget management in the US.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, millwork, and ability to interpret MEP, architectural, and structural plans.
• Collaborate with designers, retailers, and cross-functional teams to deliver awe-inspiring projects.
