Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Restoration Estimator to join our team. This role prepares scopes and estimates for reconstruction and emergency services on site, scoping losses, and creating estimates using Xactimate, with about 50% in-person and 50% from a desk.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, experience with Xactimate and Symbility, strong attention to bid accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple inspections and insurance communications to

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with Xactimate and Symbility software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for damage and scope on-site.
• Meet with homeowners for on-site inspections and scope generation.
• Complete estimates within 24 hours of assignment.
• Estimate losses using Xactimate or Symbility software.
• Maintain client communications and close opportunities.
