Accendra Health is actively seeking a Telehealth Respiratory Therapist to deliver remote respiratory care and education to patients nationwide. This role emphasizes teaching, troubleshooting equipment, and providing compassionate guidance through virtual platforms.

The position supports licensure across multiple states, with a primary requirement for an active RT license in FL or TX. Work hours align with Central/Eastern Time, and a fully remote setup offers flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active RT license required, FL or TX license is mandatory.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain multiple state licenses.
• Open to all levels of experience.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and telehealth engagement skills.
• High level of customer service with empathy and patience.
• Ability to teach and explain clinical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual respiratory support and education to patients and caregivers.
• Troubleshoot respiratory equipment remotely (CPAP, BiPAP, ventilators, oxygen).
• Educate patients on equipment use, cleaning, care, and best practices.
• Answer questions and provide phone/video-based clinical guidance.
• Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams.
• Maintain compliance with multi-state licensure requirements.
