Job summary

Advocate Health Care is seeking an experienced project leader to oversee complex clinical studies that are multi-site or multi-stakeholder. You will support investigators to manage scope, deliverables, timelines and budgets, and lead meetings, reports and feasibility assessments.

You will build collaborative teams, coordinate with research personnel and external partners, and ensure compliance with GCP, ICH and CFR guidelines while driving efficient research processes and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or health sciences required.
• 5 years of experience in research project management.
• Experience with NIH/PCORI or federally funded programs.
• Proficiency with REDCap for data management and reporting.
• Proficient in Epic for recruitment and data collection activities.
• Knowledge of CTMS such as OnCore; ability to develop dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and oversight of multi-year, multi-site projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables including recruitment.
• Create and present project plans, charters, and reports to collaborators.
• Lead research teams and coordinate with IT, legal and sponsors.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, CFR, IRB and regulatory guidelines.
