AI Chopping Block is hiring a developer to work on the parsers and compilers at the heart of our platform. You will design high‑performance parsers and data structures that integrate with LLMs to ensure safe, reliable structured generation.

You will implement parsing techniques (Earley, LALR(1)), formal grammars, and state machines, write maintainable tests, and push automation. This remote‑first role offers competitive compensation, stock options, health/dental, and a US 401(k).

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and experienced with lower-level languages (C/C++, Rust).
• Direct experience with parsers (Earley, LALR(1)), formal grammars, and finite-state machines.
