Job summary

• Strategic ownership of the impact learning and M&E agenda for LLS, District Transformation, and Cash + Coaching.
• Direction of large-scale, strategic M&E with accountable ownership and standard indicators.
• Strategize and oversee formal research on high-priority learning questions.
• Team leadership and mentorship of direct reports and staff.
• Represent GiveDirectly’s research and M&E agenda externally to donors, academic partners, and media.
