Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with ongoing research on insect-habitat relationships and bird nest composition.
• Lab work includes pinning insect specimens and photographing moths; identify to species.
• Count moths per trap-night (30 hours/week) and manage data in Excel.
• Support GIS and statistical analyses (10 hours/week).
• Help with research on structure and composition of bird nests (20 hours/week).
• Measure, deconstruct, and weigh bird nests of various species.
