The University of Colorado Denver Office of Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities invites applicants for a remote EURēCA! Student Assistants Program research assistant position.

The role supports Indigenous Political Behavior in Chile, assisting with data collection, literature review, and dataset construction under the PI's mentorship. This work-study eligible position is ~7 hours/week with flexible schedules and weekly meetings; prior Excel experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature searches on Indigenous political behavior and land restitution policy.
• Transcribe archival municipal-level electoral results.
• Code electoral and land transfer records for inclusion in an original panel dataset.
• Quality-check coded data for accuracy.
