Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
2+ years of relevant customer service or repair-support experience.
Proficiency with MS Office and ERP tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for customers, Sales Representatives, and field personnel regarding repair inquiries and options.
Manage phone and email inquiries with timely, professional support.
Prepare repair estimates and coordinate approvals for repairs or returns.
Enter and maintain repair orders and approvals for assigned regions.
Educate customers on ProCare service programs and options.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve urgent repair needs and escalate when necessary.
