Responsibilities

• Decide when to buy Kubernetes versus build it for the Fort Smith AR stack.
• Keep GitLab CI schemas backward-compatible to prevent breaking upgrades.
• Negotiate tradeoffs with product when timelines collide.
• Replace GraphQL hack with a Teamwork-based solution that scales.
• Catch Teamwork regressions in staging before reaching customers.
• Design Teamwork APIs for other Fort Smith teams to use.
